It has been an interesting week with the tooth ache and getting established with a new computer things.  I really found the strength necessary to push back these catastrophes and still maintain my rhythm.  I also realized that this situation was the same as when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  I did a lot of self talk and mindfulness meditations by listening to songs that brought out and renewed my commitment to living the life I have always dream of.  So, this morning after my first cup of Joe, I dropped the needle on “More Than One Way Home”, my feet following the beat allowed me to tap into a relative of Jazz’s versatility ~ the Blues.  Versatility like life is improvisation of creating reality that places you in the present moment…there are more ways to the life you want… you just have to take the time to create it.  How about you?  What do you do to push back the castastrophes in your life?  Peace Out!  JBC 8-)

Trust you’ve got a dentist appointment – toothaches are terrible to endure. If not google “toothache accupressure” and give yourself some relief. And I can see how this music made you feel better.
